Thank you for choosing artwork from Peter Hutchins Photography. Each print is produced using professional archival materials to ensure long-lasting quality.

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our site. Below is our return and replacement information.

Change of Mind

All prints are produced to order. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
Please review sizes and product formats carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description of what happened

We will organise a replacement through our print partner as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Items

If the wrong item has been delivered, we will arrange the correct print and cover all shipping costs.

Lost Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Replacements will be issued if the shipment cannot be located.

Print Variations

Small variations in colour or tone may occur due to differences in monitor calibration and printing materials. These are considered normal within professional print production.

Custom or Edited Work

Custom edits, retouched images, or commissioned artwork are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.
